"Helpful and easy to talk to"
The advisor helped me quickly and explained it really well. They were easy to talk to, and it made the whole thing a lot less stressful.

"Billing was straightforward"
The charges matched what I expected, so I didn’t really have to worry about any surprises. It was just a little slow, so the whole thing took longer than I would’ve liked

"Helpful eventually, but I was a bit doubtful"
Customer service did get back to me, but it took a couple of days and I had to follow up twice, which made me wonder if anyone was actually looking into it. Once I finally got someone, they were nice and helped out, but the slow response made the whole thing feel a little questionable.

"So... my job accepted the diploma..."
So... my job accepted the diploma without any real hassle. It did take a little while to get the paperwork sorted, but in the end everything worked out for me.

"Helpful materials that worked well for my pace"
I started using these study materials a few weeks ago, and overall they’ve been helpful. The lessons are easy to follow, and most of the explanations are simple enough that I didn’t feel overwhelmed. During the first week, I found myself going back over a few sections more than once, and it was nice to be able to review things at my own pace. A couple of parts felt a bit outdated or too basic, especially later on, but they still helped me build a better understanding without getting too confused.

"Solid course material, better than a lot of others"
Overall, I thought the course material was good. It was easy to follow and covered the main points well. A few sections did feel a bit repetitive, but compared to some other courses I’ve tried, this one was more organized and actually kept me engaged most of the time.

"Diploma showed up fine, but the transcripts..."
My diploma came in the mail with no issues, so that part was totally fine. The transcripts took longer than I expected though, and I ended up having to check back on them. It all worked out eventually, just would've been nice if the timing was a little clearer..

"Affordable tuition I felt good about"
I chose Penn Foster mainly because the tuition fit my budget. The monthly payments felt manageable, and I didn’t feel pressured into taking on one big bill all at once. I just trusted my gut that this was the right way for me to get started, it made going back to school feel possible.

"I enrolled, but the admissions info could’ve been clearer"
In the end, I did enroll, but I wish the admissions process had been a little easier to navigate. The staff was okay to work with, but details about costs and transfer credits weren’t as easy to find as I expected. I had to ask a couple of times before I felt like I had the full picture.

"I had to cancel my Penn Foster..."
I had to cancel my Penn Foster program because money got really tight, i was bracing myself for the absolute worst. I thought it was going to be some giant nightmare with a million steps and endless back-and-forth, but it wasn’t like that at all. I reached out to support, they clearly explained what I needed to do, and my refund was taken care of quickly. No weird runaround, no confusing nonsense, nothing that made me want to scream into a pillow. It was simple, fair, and such a relief. I seriously appreciated how easy they made it.

"Externship support was honestly helpful"
I was kind of nervous about the externship/practicum part, but Penn Foster’s support team actually made it a lot easier than I expected. They answered my questions when I had them, helped keep things moving, and just made the whole process feel less stressful. I was expecting it to be a headache, but it really wasn’t, it was just more manageable than I thought it would be.

"Pretty Good Program Overall"
I liked Penn Foster for the most part. The lessons were easy to follow, and I liked being able to Work on everything on my own time. A few of the grades took a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge Deal or anything. Overall, it was a good experience for me.

"Decent Program, But I Expected More Job Support"
I’ve always had a positive impression of Penn Foster, so I really wanted to feel great about the whole experience. The self-paced learning part worked well for me, and I liked being able to fit it around my schedule. That said, the job placement help was just okay. They offered some resources, but I still felt like I was mostly on my own when it came to actually finding opportunities. I don’t regret doing the program, and I’d still consider Penn Foster for certain things, but as someone who wanted to fully stand behind them, the career support left me a little conflicted.

"Was worried it might be a scam, but the feedback helped"
I’ll be honest, I was kind of nervous I’d get some generic nonsense or be fooled into wasting my time, but the feedback came back really fast and was actually clear and useful.

"I was a little surprised by how quickly..."
I was a little surprised by how quickly my assignments were graded. I didn’t really have to wait around too long, which I think made it easier to stay on track and keep moving through my classes

"Nice being able to go at my own pace"
Penn Foster has been working out really well for me because I can study whenever I actually have the time. I don’t feel rushed, and if life gets busy, I can just pause and come back to it later, which is... really helpful

"I had a frustrating time with the instructor..."
I had a frustrating time with the instructor support. Whenever I needed help, it took way too long to hear back, and when someone finally replied, the answer was usually super short and didn’t really clear anything up. After a while, I stopped feeling like customer service was actually there to help and more like they were just trying to get through tickets. When you’re stuck on lessons, that’s a big deal. For what I paid, I expected a lot better.

"Support can be a little hit or miss"
Overall, support did end up helping me get things sorted out, so I can’t say it was a bad experience or anything like that. It just felt a bit inconsistent along the way. Sometimes they replied fairly quickly, and other times I was left waiting longer than I expected, which got a little frustrating when I was trying to figure things out. In the end, they were able to help, but the slower responses here and there made the whole process feel a little more drawn out than it probably needed to be...

"Books finally showed up"
My textbooks came in fine and everything was there. They did take a bit longer than I expected, so that delay is kind of what’s sticking in my mind right now, but overall it worked out okay.
